Shirin Neshat - Women without smiles (Shouts without sound)

It supposed to be as loud as possible. This is a student project dedicated to the art of Shirin Neshat. Principally this video is based on the film “Women Without Men“. Also here are used some fragments of videos “Turbulent“, “Passage“ and “Possessed“ as far as photos from “Women of Allah“ series. Music: Coil (“The Last Rites Of Spring“, “Going Up“ and “Black Antlers (Where’s Your Child)“) a song performed by Sussan Deyhim (from the video installation “Turbulent“, 1998).
