Generador de carta de ajuste de RTVE con reloj

Configuración de mi generador de carta de ajuste al estilo del que usaba RTVE durante los años 70 y 80, con inserción de reloj en caracteres de baja resolución. Durante los años 90 y la década de los 2000 se añadió la inserción de fecha en la ventanita inferior izquierda y se sustituyó la fuente por una tipo Helvetica.
