Freedom Convoy arrives in downtown Winnipeg | “It’s all for nothing if you don’t have freedom“

On a freezing winter morning at -23 °F, the Freedom Convoy has arrived in downtown Winnipeg to settle in front of the Manitoba Legislative Building, accompanied by thousands of protesters on wheels and by foot. The protest started in the early morning of January 17th, shortly after the new COVID-19 vaccine mandate for truck drivers came into effect in Canada.
