Sup people ✊🏼 some clarifications: First, understand that SO many movements can be classified as BOTH a “short” AND “long” head of bicep exercise... Exercises are NOT necessarily exclusive to one portion of your arm. It all depends on HOW you chose to curl the weight. Are little tweaks (like where to grip the DB when doing concentration curls) really a game changer? Not necessarily... it may feel good for some people, and others may not feel a dang thing.
