Titanic - My Heart Will Go On - Yamaha Electone HX-1

Available in stereo: This is probably one of the most polarising songs of all time. Most people either love it or hate it. I was asked recently to play it after first tinkering with it several years ago. I decided to do the arrangement on the Yamaha Electone HX-1. Even though this instrument is over 20 years old, I still think it holds its own. The only “help“ the HX-1 gets is from a Yamaha AVS-10 voice expander, which was basically an optional extra for Electones of the late 80’s. In the spirit of Electone, all the notes (and mistakes) are live. The onboard sequencer is used only for the rhythm and registration changes.
