You keep your legs up on a chair or bench to align the pelvis and hands above the head to open the ribcage and stretch the shoulders. You get a good stretch through the body and your spine relaxes into a good alignment. This good spinal alignment you then try and keep as you stand up and move around. This will improve your BODY EFFICIENCY and the strength and mobility of your spine.
