Leia Organa flies in space

This scene caused controversy and somewhat an over the top exaggeration in many viewers who claim this scene didn’t make sense! However, I LOVE THIS SCENE! Why??? Because it’s something I have always wanted to see on the big screen: Leia, the daughter of the Chosen One and the most powerful dark lord of the Sith, Leia Organa Skywalker USED the Force! Like Luke said in Episode 6: “You Leia, you have that power too! And in will learn to use it as I force is strong in my family!” Now we have seen her progression, whether she was trained by Luke or not, I love it how she was able to save herself(and in case you may say it doesn’t make sense, it was the will of the Force for her not to die) And it’s Carrie Fisher’s last performance, and she went out with a bang! And people, it’s Star Wars, it doesn’t need to make perfect the infinite possibilities a galaxy far far away can show us! And I propose a way for you to “hate“ less the new Canon: Whenever George Lucas explicitly asked about his views on the EU, Lucas makes it clear that he views the Expanded Universe as separate from the one he created. “There are two worlds here; There’s my world, which is the movies, and there’s this other world that has been created, which I say is the parallel universe—the licensing world of the books, games and comic books.” – George Lucas, Cinescape, July 2001 Thus we have *3 ALTERNATE UNIVERSES* of in the Multiverse of Star Wars! George Lucas official Canon: His original movies episodes 1-6 ... Legends or EU: Lucasfilm creation of Han and Leia having 3 children, Luke was OP Jedi Master and married Mara Jade and having a son, Yuuzhan Vong invasion, Palpatine’s Return in Dark Empire, etc etc etc Disney Canon: Where Han and Leia had only Kylo Ren, Luke Skywalker failed Ben Solo but became a True Jedi at the end, and Palpatine had a granddaughter Rey, etc etc etc So, there are alternate timelines and universes, and this Disney Canon is just one more of them in the vast Multiverse! And we have more alternate universes : Into the great unknown, Revenge of the Sith game alternate endings, the force unleashed games alternate dlc, Star Wars Infinite comic series, fan fictions, etc etc etc STAR WARS has infinite possibilities ...
