Yucan (1989) Walkthrough + Review, ZX Spectrum

INTRODUCTION: Once again the leaders of the planet have endangered world peace. An invasion has happened and aerial raids have become a daily routine, people live in danger all the time. Only the creation of the ultimate weapon, a weapon that no one could defeat would end this war - The creation of a fighter plane like the Yucan Tomcat. Armed with sidewinder missiles, neutron bombs, and proton screens the Yucan Tomcat needs an expert pilot like you who is able to fly it in this difficult mission through the different phases of the game (the sea, the desert, the city, etc.) Some of the enemies will drop new weapons when they are destroyed; more fire power for your fighter and extra bombs. Remember: world peace depends on the success of your mission. REVIEW: The game starts with you going into the Yucan Tomcat, and off we go! This is a very colorful full screen shooter, and it plays and controls well. The gameplay is fair and you stand a chance for avoiding enemy fire and enemies.
