You Will Fall in Love | Fractal Design North Gaming PC Build | Noctua NH-U12A Chromax, ProArt Z790

#fractaldesign #Noctua #asuspcdiy - It’s been a short while coming, but here it is! Introducing my latest build featuring the Fractal Design North, finished in Charcoal Black, cooled by Noctua Chromax and featuring the stunning ASUS x Noctua RTX 3070! 00:00 - Intro 00:54 - Build Hardware 01:32 - ProArt Z790 Assembly 02:13 - Noctua NH-U12A Chromax Fitting 03:04 - Fractal Design North Assembly 06:03 - Airflow Visualization 06:46 - CPU Temps 06:56 - Cinematic & Desk Setup Inspiration This case has to be one of the most highly anticipated builds for the last couple of months this year... I’ll tell you now, it didn’t disappoint! The Fractal Design North redefines what makes a PC case special, taking elements of real wood and implementing them into the front fascia to add a ’classy’ and ’sophisticated’ look for those who want the gaming cooling performance, but don’t want the traditional aggression or styling. For this build I wanted to style the build in keeping with the case aesthetics. The Noctua NH-U12A is one of my favourite all time CPU coolers, even keeping the Intel i7 13700K below 70c under max load for 45 mins! With that said, when idle the temps never exceeded 30c either. Just awesome! Moving on, the ASUS x Noctua RTX 3070 is a masterpiece in it’s self, carrying on that oh-so-lavish wood look with the brown and beige colourway. For my final thoughts on the Fractal North Chassis, check out the paragraph below the following links Main parts included in the build: (USA Amazon) Case - Will update once available GPU - CPU - Motherboard - (Z790 Coming Soon) RAM - NVME M.2 - CPU Cooler - 6x Fans - 2x Brown Fan Corners - PSU - Extensions - PWM Fan Hub - Addition Fan Extensions - X= Monitor - Keyboard - Mouse - Mouse Pad - Headset - Headset Stand - Hand Model - Main parts included in the build: (UK Amazon) Case - GPU - CPU - Motherboard - (Z790 Coming Soon) RAM - NVME M.2 - CPU Cooler - 6x Fans - 2x Brown Fan Corners - PSU - Extensions - PWM Fan Hub - Addition Fan Extensions - X= Monitor - Keyboard - Mouse - Mouse Pad - Headset - Headset Stand - Hand Model - To wrap this up, the Fractal Design North takes a traditional chassis design and adds a unique touch with the wooden intake fins on the front panel. This isn’t restrictive for airflow which in turn allows the case to breathe, keeping hardware cool and optimal. I really love the ease of access to all areas of the case, the leather pull tab detail on the top panel is a nice touch, cable management space is fair given the case size and the overall build process was most pleasurable. Overall, I’m totally stoked and this case will certainly find it’s home in my studio for my personal editing chassis very soon! Great work Fractal. ...Should I build with the white North case next? Special thanks to ASUS UK for supporting me with the ProArt Z790 for this build. I can’t wait to put this board through it’s paces over the coming weeks, you guys are awesome! Also featured in the end cinematic sequence you will find the X= XPRO27IPS Pro Esports 27“ IPS 1080p 165Hz gaming monitor! How X= have managed to create a display with so many specs for less than £200 blows my mind!
