Russian naval bases hit in massive Ukrainian drone attack

Ukrainian drones struck naval bases and oil facilities overnight in one of Kyiv’s largest attacks of the war. Russian officials claimed to have intercepted more than 100 air and sea drones, but footage from the attack showed oil refinery and storage facilities ablaze. #Ukraine #Russia #War One clip showed a drone diving into a target in the Russian port of Novorossiysk, where Russia’s Black Sea Fleet had relocated from Crimea under threat of Ukrainian missile strikes. Another drone struck a family driving near the border in Russia’s Belgorod region, killing a mother and her four-year-old son, the region’s governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said. In the coastal town of Tuapse in the southern Krasnodar region, two drones hit an oil refinery, sparking a large fire.
