At least seven dead in Ukrainian shelling of Russian city

At least seven people were killed today when an apartment block in the Russian city of Belgorod was hit by fragments of a Ukrainian missile shot down with an air defence weapon. Seventeen people were injured and rescuers were continuing to search for more bodies this afternoon.
