Taihe Quan (太和拳) - International Traditional Class (外国传统班)

This is video of the International Traditional Class of the Wudang Daoist Traditional Kung Fu Academy performing Taihe Quan (太和拳). Taihe Quan falls under the Tai Yi system of Wudang internal training. Other notable forms from the Tai Yi system are Tai Yi Wu Xing Quan, Xuan Wu Quan, Fu Chen, and Xuan Men Jian.
