IKEA Gown: Making an 1780’s Bodice

Many in the costuming communities have made their own “IKEA Gowns” because it is a great cheap way to get fabric in an 18th century appropriate pattern (Just search #IKEAGown on Instagram for inspiration). In this video I will be creating the bodice which will involve scaling up the gridded pattern in the AD book and fitting it to my dimension. *Disclaimer* I am very much an amateur seamstress and make many mistakes.
