MR PORTER travelled 375 miles north of Stockholm to visit Fäviken Magasinet – currently 25th best restaurant in the world. We spent the day with Mr Nilsson (and his English setter Krut) as he foraged for ingredients, and cooked grouse over an open fire. This is hyper-local food at its finest.
