10 to 15 minute AMRAP, as many rounds as possible (with quality reps)
Double Kettlebell Outside the legs swings x 15 reps
Bodyweight Pull Ups x 10 reps
Double kettlebell squat to press x 10 reps
Hanging Leg raise x 15 reps
Double kettlebell push up to row x 10 reps
