Flaming Hot and Cheddar Chips with Cheese dip.
For the dip:
1 lb American cheese
1 lb Pepper Jack cheese
2 cans evaporated milk
5-7 bacon strips
1 jalapeno
Bake bacon at 400F for 20-25 min, until crispy. Add cheese, milk, jalapeno to slow cooker (rice cooker on keep warm mode) and cook for hours. Add bacon.
