What a fantastic track by Jefferson Airplane and their wonderful lead singer Grace Slick! I tried to do this song justice, and bring a similar sort of energy into this live, acoustic, vocal and piano performance. Yes, this rendition does sound more cabaret-like, and less psychedelic. But nonetheless it’s quite fitting for the 1960s era song!
