Why doesn’t China envy the Western multiparty system?

Prof. Zhang Weiwei, director of the China Institute at Fudan University, says China has found a selection plus election system which has performed better than the Western political system. Now China is the world’s largest economy by purchasing power parity, and it’s time for the West to look at the Chinese model in honesty and learn something from it.
