Queen- Live in Manchester, 11/26/1973

Here’s a COMPLETE concert! This is the performance at the Manchester Opera House on Queen’s debut support tour. The quality is pretty good, I fixed up some bass distortion as well as corrected the speed (originally ran a half-semitone slow). It’s also complete! Despite the rigorous touring (It’s the 13th show in 15 days) no signs of fatigue are shown! Freddie’s voice is in excellent shape throughout, almost as good as Glasgow, having little trouble with high notes. Many renditions of songs are among the best! “Father To Son“ sounds great as always, Freddie doesn’t go for the B4 (and fail), unlike at other shows. “Son And Daughter“ is one of the best versions ever with Freddie doing studio phrasing on the “Cap just did not fit“ part and embellishing two A4s, plus the soloing is tops, “Ogre Battle“ is a top-tier version as Freddie hits most of the chorus A4s strongly, “Hangman“ sounds good, “Keep Yourse
