Violent Criminals Vladimir Putin Pardoned to Send to the War in Ukraine
A few months after the war in Ukraine began in 2022, news regarding the conscription of convicted felons into the Russian army began to surface. Back then it was associated with the name of Wagner Group chief Evgeny Prigozhin, but even nowadays after his death, the conscription from prisons is still ongoing, however, now it is handled by the ministry of defence. In order to legally eject prisoners from a penitentiary, said prisoners need to be pardoned, and the only person with pardoning power is the president. The Russian army is not looking to conscript just any prisoners, they seem to be on the hunt for the most violent and gruesome criminals they can find. In our newest video, we briefly introduce you to some of the most shocking people that Vladimir Putin personally pardoned.
