Violent Criminals Vladimir Putin Pardoned to Send to the War in Ukraine

A few months after the war in Ukraine began in 2022, news regarding the conscription of convicted felons into the Russian army began to surface. Back then it was associated with the name of Wagner Group chief Evgeny Prigozhin, but even nowadays after his death, the conscription from prisons is still ongoing, however, now it is handled by the ministry of defence.
