Deutsche Soldatenlieder - Soldatenlieder-Potpourri [+Liedtext]

A small medley of old German Soldier songs. Originally published under the name “Singendes klingendes Spiel“ in 1956 and interpreted by “Blasorchester Großer Kurfürst und Chor“. This medley is further proof that the old and harmless songs were simply sung after the Second World War and were part of the post-war soldiers’ repertoire. This is a historical fact that the Bundeswehr no longer wants to acknowledge, and many of these songs are therefore no longer welcome there, even though not a single one of them is banned in Germany.
