Donald Trump calls civil fraud case a ’witch-hunt’ as trial nears conclusion

Security has been stepped up at a New York court where Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial is set to conclude after a bomb threat was made against the judge overseeing the case. More than “half a dozen police cars and a bomb squad rushed” to Arthur Engoron’s Long Island home earlier today after the threat was called in. A spokesperson for Nassau County, the suburban county where the judge lives, said police responded to a security incident at a residence at am Eastern time ( GMT).
