Putin looking for ‘off-ramp’ out of Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin is looking for an “off-ramp” out of the war in Ukraine, according to Military Lawyer and Defence Academic Dr Glenn Kolomeitz. “But he needs somebody to blame,” Mr Kolomeitz told Sky News Australia.
