Paired decrease 3 stitches to 2 - ’bunny ears’

From a ravelry discussion where Luckyfind describes creating a decrease and I can’t leave well enough alone. I think it’s very nifty looking. I do think I’ve seen it somewhere before, but I can’t for the life of me remember where. Whether it’s new or not, it is a very attractive centered decrease. Structurally, it’s as if you slipped the middle stitch, worked the first and last, and then passed the middle stitch over both.
