6 Best Booty Growth Exercises (HIGH VOLUME GLUTE TRAINING)

In today’s workout we will be doing my 6 favourite booty exercises. We will perform 3 sets of each exercise for a duration of 40 to 60s. This is a hypertrophy training which focuses on increasing muscle size by repeating the same exercise for a few sets. I’m using a 10kg dumbbell with an extra heavy resistance band. Please pick a weight and resistance that you feel comfortable with. The challenge of this workout is that you can progress your training overtime by upgrading to a heavier weight.
