It pops in looks and performance! The bright color, scoops, spoiler, and stripes will get you noticed. The performance 340 and a 4-speed will deliver some thrills. Detailed and ready for shows. EXTERIOR: The fit and finish is excellent. The body is straight, I don’t see any rust or damage, the panels fit nicely. It’s decked out with dual hood scoops, a rear spoiler and chrome racing mirrors. The paint is a very vibrant Petty Blue, it’s polished to a very smooth high gloss finish. Trimmed out with the Duster 340 striping. It also has a great stance. Color matched police wheels, extra wide in back. Wrapped in BFG tires also fatter in back. All the weatherstrips and rubber seals were replaced. New windshield. Bumpers rechromed, the grill is restored, door handles look new. INTERIOR: Completely restored interior. Custom handmade upholstery with blue piping and stitching. It also has the Penn Star logo embroidered on the headrests and on the rear shelf. Custom upholstered door panels and dash pad. Carpet was replaced and has blue embroidered Duster floormats. The instrument panel is very clean. It has a new Sun tachometer on the column, new Tuff grip steering wheel. Upgraded with 3 point shoulder harness. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Performance built 340. It’s bored 30 over, has a Comp Extreme cam, 10.5:1 compression, big valve heads, aluminum intake and an Edelbrock carb. It is a show quality engine compartment. The metal is painted glossy like the car. Right down to the last nut and bolt everything is clean. Everything looks proper: the squirters are hooked up, it has both horns, battery is bolted down. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The entire trunk compartment has been painted body color. It’s all solid metal. The weatherstrip, seat divider, decal and mat have been replaced. It also has a restored jack and spare assembly. UNDERSIDE: The front-end steering and suspension has been completely rebuilt. Shocks were replaced in back with coilovers. The brakes have been rebuilt; it’s upgraded with disc in front. E-break assembly is hooked, brake lines have been replaced. The fuel system was replaced. New dual exhaust with stainless steel Magnaflow mufflers and stainless tips. Looking up at the motor it is still spotless, the starter is new. 4-speed has been gone through; it looks clean. The shift linkage was replaced. The driveshaft wads rebuilt. The underbody is all metal with no rust. It’s been prepped and painted semi-gloss black. Overall underneath this car looks very fresh. I think this car is a great value. It offers so much- looks, performance and quality and you don’t have to spend a fortune!
