Chest & Shoulders Strength Workout // Day 31 HR12WEEK 2.0

Today’s Chest and Shoulder Strength Workout is the perfect way to kick off Week number 7 of the HR12WEEK 2.0 Program! Two upper body strength circuits to get through - each include chest and shoulder exercises using dumbbells that are performed for 3 straight sets then we will follow that up with either a body-weight or cardio focused movement to really burn out each muscle group. Start heavy with the weights and drop down if needed with each round.
