Hey Fam! Today is Day 2 of the 14 Day Summer Shred Challenge
Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽
1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule).
2. There will not be a workout on day 7 and Day 14 as those are designated rest days but the rules will apply for those days as well.
3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day
4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge)
5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun!
