Revitalizing a Cape Town Home: ARRCC’s Transformation | ARCHITECTURE HUNTER

ARRCC revitalized a contemporary Cape Town home, originally designed by Antonio Zaninovic, by harmonizing new architectural additions with the existing structure and its natural surroundings. Key enhancements include a new garden pavilion and the transformation of an upper-level bedroom into a luxurious penthouse suite. The interiors were entirely reimagined, featuring a new enclosed wine room, while the exterior boasts an expansive terraced lawn. Throughout the project, ARRCC emphasized a dynamic interplay between modern architectural lines and the organic essence of the mountainside, strengthening the home’s connection to the landscape and panoramic city views.
