Rabbit head tilt and nystagmus due to E. cuniculi

My rabbit showing signs of vertigo including head tilt, nystagmus, poor balance and hopping in circles to try and compensate. These signs get worse with stress, in this case coming home from the vets. We’re waiting on bloodwork but looks like it’s E. cuniculi causing this. She’s starting her NSAIDs and anti fungals tonight.
