Lee Patrick Hanks of New World Integrations and the new Tara-13 Network, interviews Dr. Roger Leir, a Podiatrist known for removing alien implants. Dr. Leir describes how he started removing implants and the amazing results of multiple lab studies that confirm the objects are manufactured and not from natural origin. Under high magnification, the objects consist of micro-carbon fibers and nano tubes protected by an organic membrane that literally grows out of the metal and cannot be cut, even with a surgical knife. The protective membrane prevents the body from rejecting the implant.
