Burning Man 2023 | The Playa @ 4K

Back in Black Rock City for year number two of Burning Man. I brought the 4K camera out this year and shot everything in slow motion with only my 85mm Sony lens. We arrived early Sunday morning to find an open camping spot around 3:26 & H. The majority of the video was shot on the playa, showcasing art, sculptures, art cars, dust storms, etc. during the sunset and sunrise. Once the rainstorm hit on Friday night, I didn’t take my camera out again until Sunday, which means I missed recording the mud man that was picked up by international news outlets. We left a couple of hours before noon on Monday, which means we missed this year’s man burning. Favorite art this year was either Elder Mother by Charles Gadeken or the temple(temple of the heart) by Ela Madej & Reed Finlay.
