😈 AWAKEN THE BLOOD AVATAR might replace KROXA in Rakdos【 MTG Modern Strixhaven 】

For today’s Strixhaven Modern brew, we are playing some Awaken the Blood Avatar in Rakdos Channeler. Well, technically Mardu. Awaken the Blood Avatar is a HUGE beefy creature that gets immediate value, all for the low price of 2 mana, but the catch is that you have to sacrifice 3 creatures, therefore we are making this a Young Pyromancer tokens deck. If we can just get a few token triggers, or perhaps a few tokens from Seasoned Pyromancer, Bitterblossom, or Lingering Souls, we can cheese out this Awaken the Blood Avatar and win the game very quickly. This card does have a flip side called Extus Oriq Overlord, but we likely won’t ever need that guy. So the true question here is if Awaken the Blood Avatar is better than Kroxa.
