taekwondo kick - Front Kick(Ap chagi)

Ap chagi is a straight attack and very quick. It uses the front ball of your feet (toes are lifted upwards) to strike. First, your knee is bent and raised to your chest. Then, your leg is quickly extended for a straight attack. Remember to bring your leg back quickly to prevent the opponent from holding your foot.
