This drink’s all about the preparation - it must be vigorously shaken! Shaking adds air to the drink, giving it a light texture and softening the bold flavor of Campari. Obviously, this is one for the Campari lovers, but we’ll also test the “shakerato“ technique with a couple other spirits. No guaranty it’ll work, but that’s what makes experimenting fun!
