Scottish Highland Dress Dirk for sale

The dress dirk is commonly worn by a piper when in evening dress, or full highland dress uniform. It is worn on the right hip, attached to the waistbelt by a leather frog (strap). Traditionally, in the days of the clans, it was used in battle, for hunting, and for the swearing of oaths The dirk I have for sale (the nearer of the two in the first scene) was made by Robert Allison of Cumberland St., Glasgow in 1967.
