Today we’re making a New York-style calzone. To make it you’ll want to use the cold fermented pizza dough from episode 1 of this series. You’ll obviously need ricotta, but we’ll go over a few more ingredients to make it just like your favorite pizza shop. A calzone is often served with a quick sauce, so we’ll make that too.
