Making a Welding Cart - How to DIY

Making a DIY welding cart for my new Forney 190MP multi process welder. It has the ability to do stick, MIG and TIG welding and I wanted to make it a bit more portable with a cart. Eventually I’ll make a table as well, but I think the cart will very handy in keeping everything handy and convenient during projects.
