Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor Pencils

This is a review of the Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor pencils. These are good quality pencils and some are still made in the workshop in Nurnberg, Germany. Overall they are good pencils although I experienced some noticeable blooming when blending a few colors, it wasn’t bad enough to make a huge difference and I’d still be inclined to purchase them.
