This video discusses the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Hostage Rescue Team (HRT). FBI HRT, founded in 1982, is an elite tactical unit formed to provide a full-time federal law enforcement tactical capability to respond to major terrorist incidents throughout the U.S. HRT is on par with the Department of Defense’s special operations entities, and its selection process is very similar to the Army’s Delta Force selection.
