Michael Jackson’s attorney(s) admit Jordy Chandler’s description of MJ’s anatomy was concerning

In this video at a lawyers seminar Michael Jackson’s 1993 attorney Carl Douglas along with other members of MJ’s defence team explain why they were so desperate to settle with Jordy Chandler and how they had to at all costs stop Jordy from testifying in both the civil and criminal trials because of Jordy Chandler’s description of Michael Jackson’s erection. Michael Jackson had said in an earlier deposition that Jordy Chandler nor any of Jordy’s family had ever seen him naked. It made explaining how Jordy knew about the unusual,distinct marks on the underside of MJ’s penis virtually impossible for his defence team. Jordy’s description that the marks on the underside bottom left of MJ’s penis was accurate according to the sworn affidavit produced in court and the only way it was possible to see the marks was if MJ had an erection. Basically some fans will try and say “Jordy didn’t know about the circumcision“ etc. It’s a very weak argument because you can’t tell if someone is circumcised when they have an erection. But regardless Michael Jackson’s attorneys (as you’ll see in the video) have confirmed that they were desperate to settle with Jordy Chandler and stop him from testifying in both civil and criminal trials.
