Hey everyone, had to get the legal stuff out of the way first, I put this together for a friend who lost her mom a while back, and it also reminds me of my dad who I lost a little while before that, and she had never heard this song. I couldn’t find a lyric video for the live version, and while the studio version was a good song, this version is one so much more moving. So I went ahead and made one, first time doing so too, so don’t be too harsh. The words do not match the original lyrics exactly, only because Maria goes off script a little in this performance, compared to the studio version, I did some research into this performance and her live vs studio lyrics to this and other songs, and I think I got it pretty close, I slanged or hyphenated a few words just to try and visualize what Maria was singing and her emotions, hope you all like it.
