In episode 3 we take a first look at one of our most popular warm up variations, the single push warm up. In this clip we are working basic inside edges, inside edge glove touch, inside edge w/puck, and inside edge quick hands. Weaving through the tightly aligned triangles forces players to shift off of the edge and not get stuck in the glide, which often happens when a players weight is too much on the heel of the skate blade.
