20 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Light Weight)
Follow along with us for a 20 minute full body dumbbell workout that WILL work your entire body! This workout is designed for light weights so you’ll want to use a pair of dumbbells that are between 3-10lbs. Depending on the weight or your dumbbells and how fast you do each exercise, this can be made into a high intensity-cardio or strength workout. Make this work for you!
