Get ready to burn fat and tone your entire body! Join me for a LIVE PILATES workout! It’s going to be a 30 min FULL BODY workout using a set of weights. I’ll be using a set of 5lb dumbbells but you can go heavier or lighter depending on your level of strength. Our workout will focus on building strength, tone and definition. We’ll be working on sculpting the arms, abs, glutes and thighs! Grab a mat and a bottle of water and let’s get fit together!
