Fox News host Jesse Watters says Joe Biden is “not fine“ after the president was filmed taking tumble while on a bike ride with his wife Jill Biden. Mr Biden was finishing up a ride near his Delaware beach home when he stopped to greet supporters and media. Secret Service agents helped the 79-year-old back to his feet, where he spoke to onlookers before riding away from the incident uninjured.
