|| Kion x Kovu || Take Me To Church || Part 1

Sorry about the bad quality guys I had to render this and add my watermark so yeah XD. Hey guys so I’ve been so busy with my MEP Parts and my The Lion King 4 Leah’s Destiny (which btw auditions are still open for XD) that I haven’t really made a proper crossover so enjoy :3 Storyline: (UPDATED) Kion is walking through the pridelands one day when rocks fall off a cliff. He quickly jumps back and sniffs them to try and catch a scent but doesn’t catch anything then he looks up to find Kovu staring at him. Kion introduces himself and so does Kovu, they hit it off very quickly and play together. They soon become friends but Zira is watching them and stalks Kion wondering about him. Kovu pins Kion laughing that he had won. Kion smiles up at him and as they both struggle to get up they accidentally kiss. Kion blushes and Kovu gets off him then they both chases each other. Kovu pants and Kion tells Kovu that he’s a good friend and fun to be around. Suddenly Simba comes out of nowhere and comes to defend Kion. Zira also comes out roaring in attempts to protect Kovu. Simba and Zira argue and Kovu is shocked to see Kion is gonna leave. Simba tells Zira to get out and that they are finished here. He walks away and Kion’s ears drop as he says a silent goodbye to Kovu before following along with Simba. Kovu sadly watches him leave and is taken back to the outlands by Zira. Once home Simba scolds his son and tells Kion that he is never to see Kovu ever again. Kion tries to explain that Kovu is not like them but Simba refuses to listen and walks away from his son. Kion goes off alone to think. Meanwhile Zira gets back home and yells at Kovu for disobeying her after he greets Vitani with a playful growl. Zira approaches him. Zira: what were you doing?! Kovu: nothing Zira: who has made us outsiders?! Kovu: Simba! Zira: who killed Scar?! Kovu: Simba! Zira: what have I told you about THEM!? Kovu: I’m sorry mother.. he didn’t seem so bad I.. I thought we could be– Zira: friends?! Zira had heard enough and picks Kovu up leading him into the cave. She puts him to bed and faking a happy tone he says goodnight to her. When Zira leaves he cries quietly in the darkness. Meanwhile Kion is alone and is feeling sad. He talks to himself not getting why his family hate all outsiders then he walks away and cries silently alone. Kiara (yes she is Kion’s sister in this XD) is walking by practicing her tracking skills when she catches Kion’s scent. She pounces on him playfully and he is caught off guard. Kiara laughs before apologising and saying that she got him good. Kion then tells her about Kovu and all that happened and she replies with “oh“ feeling sorry for her little brother.
