Here is CNC setup for my old manual lathe, Colchester Master 2500.
My system utilizes the compound slide as longitudinal movement and an additional cross slide placed in lathes own tool post.
The unit very easy to drop in for a CNC operation. Sometimes the part can be mostly done by manual maneuvers, but e.g. a fillet feature needs CNC intervention.
