The Execution Of The RUTHLESS Japanese Torturers Of Changi Prison

Throughout the Second World War, there was a prison occupied by the Japanese which was brutal and barbaric. Changi Prison became a site of torture and execution and the inmates of the prison were subjected to horrific treatment. But there was a horrific regime imposed by the Japanese military police, the Kempeitai, and this was known as the Double Tenth Incident. They suspected that people inside the prison were responsible for sabotage in Singapore, and for this they tortured many of the inmates. Dozens were tortured in different ways, from being shocked with electricity to being water boarded and because of this treatment 15 prisoners died. But at the end of the war, the authorities then punished a number of former Kempeitai guards, and 8 were executed inside of Changi Prison on the gallows inside of the courtyard there.
