My favourite body part to train is my abs. It was like this since I was 14 years old, when i first started to explore core workouts. So, today i have for you Ladder Style Ab Workout, which is pretty intense. We have 3 Super Sets, where each round is progressive in reps. 📌 M A Y A ’ S T I P 📌 I suggest that you do this workout on your Cardio days and simply do it before or after your cardio section.
