💥23 min STRONG CORE/ABS WORKOUT 💥 This was a TORTURE 💥 Home Workout | Follow Along
My favourite body part to train is my abs. It was like this since I was 14 years old, when i first started to explore core workouts.
So, today i have for you Ladder Style Ab Workout, which is pretty intense. We have 3 Super Sets, where each round is progressive in reps.

I suggest that you do this workout on your Cardio days and simply do it before or after your cardio section. It is intense, so you might be sore for the next 2 days.
